Who We Are
We are a body of baptized believers who come together to worship God, show their love for Him through obedient service, seek the truth, and desire to go to heaven. Our head is Christ, who directs us through the New Testament teachings. We exalt Christ as the head of the church.
With that in mind, we view the Bible as the Word of God and submit our lives to what He tells us to do as a church. We are organized as the early church was organized, with elders as overseers, with deacons, minister (evangelist), and other members serving under their oversight. We do our best to preach and teach the same gospel as taught by our Lord's apostles.
We plead for unity of all believers and believe that unity can be attained. We are simply members of the body (church) of Christ. This church is promised, prophesied, revealed, and described in the Bible.
We submit ourselves to this lifestyle: Come as you are, and allow Christ to work in you so that you can be the best version of yourself. We fully recognize that while we are not perfect people, we have an advocate with God the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous, and through His continual cleansing we can be made perfect in His image.
